Q: Could you provide sample for testing before placing an order?
A: Yes. Usually, we can offer 5-10PCS samples for free if the value is less than US$ 10. We will charge for samples when the value is more than US$ 10. 
There are two ways to ship the sample 1) If customer has their own courier A/C, such as:DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT etc, we will ship the sample with freight cost collected by their A/C. 2) If customer doesn't have courier A/C, they can pay to us and we prepay the freight to courier.
Q: Can you make the sample according to the customer's requirement?
A: We can make the sample according to the customer's requirement. But if there is any change in color, specification and function, we will charge for some fee according to the actual circumstance. If the customer needs a big change to the products which involves mould fee and exploitation fee, we will negotiate a price additionally.
Q: Could you accept OEM order and make products exactly based on customer's design?
A: Yes, Itech Labels always welcome any OEM order and make custom products per specific requirements from customer, eg: logo imprint, custom artwork for package Etc. Please note: The logo/package file need to be supplied in verctor format, i.e. EPS/AI/CDR/PDF. While for other new OEM products, customer need to offer us design sketch or counter sample for reference.
Q: What kind of payment term can you offer?
A: Itech Labels can accept payment through T/T, Western Union or Paypal. We prefer to accept bank to bank wire transaction(T/T) than other ways, the term is 30% deposit in advance and remaining 70% paid before shipment. For some repeat customers and larger companies we can offer credit terms.
Q: What kind of shipping method do you use?
A: We could ship the order by express (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS) or by forwarder (Air, Sea). Our shipping term is quite flexible, it's just depend on customer's requirement.
